Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation on WhatsApp. Delivery time varies by location and courier; our team will provide an estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide through third-party couriers. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Returns

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Perishable food and opened grooming or hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
