Katie Newhouser, a UPS driver, became a friend with Tina Rummel and her dog, Leo, while doing her work. Their friendship continued for years till Tina accidentally die! Unfortunately, Leo was left all alone as Tina’s son was also away on Marine duty. This meant that Leo’s options were limited but the option he wanted was known to him.

Leo took the chance when Katie arrived to say hi and jump into the truck refusing to leave. This made Katie foster him until Tina’s son was back from his duty. However, Leo, who is an easygoing and friendly dog, directly gets along with Katie’s other dogs, which optimized Katie to think to adopt him permanently.
