There is no doubt that shelters are full of dogs of 2 types, some of them are wanted by many people and receive many adoption applications, and some others are ignored and passed by all people. That was the same thing with this pooch who was continuously passed by many people. Sarcastically, next to him there was a dog who continued to receive adoption applications from many people.
