Two Dogs Were Caged Outside Uncovered To The Elements And Used For Breeding

PETA fieldworkers received a notification about 2 dogs named Rosie and Ruth, who were blocked in a cage outside despite the weather.

The poor dogs, who were used for breeding, were rescued from a life of neglect and confinement. They are now in good hands at one of the shelters of PETA.

The 2 doggies need to go to a forever home together as they have never been apart.
