Woman Saves 2 Dogs On Freeway, Calls Out Owner Online

2 abandoned dogs were spotted by a woman, who was driving along a busy freeway near Atlanta. The dogs were in very serious danger, so, the woman knew she had to help them. After saving them, she shared a post on Craigslist to the original owners:
