Dog Siblings Chained Out Together, Never Supposed To See Each Other Again
Otis and Benji, dog siblings, were chained outside to a log with no shelter, no water, and no food. The dogs, who were forgotten about, were come across by a rescuer from Sidewalk Specials called Rachel who decided to help the dogs.
The dogs, who just wanted food, were aggressive towards humans, and this was understood. Thankfully, the dogs started trusting the rescuer and even went with her.
